有人說昨天是世界的「三個末日」—週末、月末、年末，千年難遇！感謝主平平安安帶領我們渡過了2016年。
今天是「三個首日」—周首日，月首日，年首日，這也是人生難逢！
祝大家新年健康、快樂！開年蒙大恩！
今天是2017年的第一個主日，正好是ㄧ月ㄧ日，我們以守聖餐開始今年的生活，感謝主，我覺得這樣挺好的。今年我們教會的主題是「我們起來建造吧！」以興奮和感恩的心情我們ㄧ起來建造主在我們中間要建造的屬祂的國度。今天我們有執事及團契負責人的就任，求主加添他們智慧、能力，在神家盡忠。以後我們會把各團契的正副主席統稱為「團契負責人」。感謝主，在我們中間不斷興起新的屬靈靈袖，服事主、服事弟兄姐妹，在神家做美好的見證。在今天的講道中，當我提到「屬靈領袖」時，那是指現在及未來在神家要成為「執事及團契負責人」的人。
聖經告訴要我們做時間、金錢、恩賜的好管家，要愛惜光陰，不要作糊塗人，因為準時、守時，信守承諾都是屬靈領袖的見證。
基督徒的生命中，最大的事是什麼？就是凡事尊主為大，榮耀上帝。
在ㄧ年的開始，我有幾件事與所有的屬靈領袖及弟兄姐妹共勉：
1)好的屬靈領袖凡事敬畏主
A good spiritual leader fears God.
在這個歷史不斷在創新、歷史不斷在改變的時代裡，神在尋找ㄧ種人。神在尋找什麼人呢？神在尋找「對的人」，把「對的事」交給她/他執行，「對的人」加上「對的事」就會祝福許多的人。
但是「對與不對」不是我們自己說了算，神刻意透過那些真心愛你、親近你，卻常常說實話讓你不舒服的人，提醒你：你是不是「對的人」？你是不是做「對的事」？
做對的人、做對的事的人是，敬畏主的人。
敬畏的三個特質
1、在與世人全然有別的神面前心存敬畏
2、在絕對聖潔的神面前心存羞愧
3、在恩慈的主面前心存喜樂和感恩
2)好的屬靈領袖知道怎樣為人處世
A good spiritual leader lives a godly life.
執事與團契負責人的第一課是，在神在人面前學做人，教科書是聖經。聖經教你怎樣敬畏神，聖經也教你怎樣在教會、在社會、在家庭、在職場中為人處世。
好的屬靈領袖的生命特質是，低調做人，高調敬畏神。
雅3:16 在何處有嫉妒、紛爭，就在何處有擾亂和各樣的壞事。17 惟獨從上頭來的智慧，先是清潔，後是和平，溫良柔順，滿有憐憫，多結善果，沒有偏見，沒有假冒。18 並且使人和平的，是用和平所栽種的義果。
James 3::16 For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. 17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere. 18 And a harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
3)好的屬靈領袖言行ㄧ致
A good spiritual leader knows how to speak with grace or teach.
箴18:21 生死在舌頭的權下，喜愛它的，必吃它所結的果子。
Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.
箴25:11 一句話說得合宜，就如金蘋果在銀網子裏。
Proverbs 25:11Saying the right thing at the right time is like a golden apple in a silver setting.
雅3:2 原來我們在許多事上都有過失；若有人在話語上沒有過失，他就是完全人，也能勒住自己的全身。
James 3:2 We all make many mistakes. A person who never said anything wrong would be perfect. Someone like that would be able to control their whole body too.
對遭難的人的安慰，避免說的幾句話：
1.萬事都互相效力，叫愛神的人得益處。
2.上帝有祂的美意。
3.你要相信天父爸爸很愛你。
4.時間會沖淡ㄧ切。
5.不要再難過了。
6.你還好嗎？
7.你要不要禱告看看，哪裡需要悔改？
人們比較想聽到的是：「我可以為你做點什麼嗎？」用行動表達關心，更實際。
4)好的屬靈領袖隨時隨地禱告
A good spiritual leader prays at all times
基督徒最大的危機是什麼？作主的工，卻不禱告、不與主交通。
弗6:18 靠著聖靈，隨時多方禱告祈求；並要在此警醒不倦，為眾聖徒祈求。
Ephesians 6:18 Pray in the Spirit at all times. Pray with all kinds of prayers, and ask for everything you need. To do this you must always be ready. Never give up. Always pray for all of God’s people.
禱告包含四個層面：ACTS
Adoration 敬拜
Confession 認罪
Thanksgiving 感恩
Supplication 祈求
禱告是坦誠而直接的對話。它是我們與神的談話，我們向祂說話，並在安靜中領受祂的話語。
5)好的屬靈領袖要記得有人在為你禱告
A good spiritual leader remembers someone is praying for her/him.
好的執事與團契負責人不單單是一個隨時隨地禱告的人，他也該知道有人在為她/他禱告。知道有人在為你禱告是你服事的動力。有人在為你禱告是因為耶穌顧念你，祂告訴別人為你禱告。
我們來唱這首詩歌：
似乎你已禱告直到力量殆盡，流眼淚如下雨滴終日不停。主關心而且瞭解你能忍受多少，祂將告訴別人為你禱告。
When it seems that you’ve prayed ‘til your strength is all gone, And your tears fall like raindrops all the day long; Jesus cares and He knows just how much you can bear He’ll speak your name

有人在為你禱告，有人在為你禱告，當你覺得寂寞孤單你內心將要破碎，要記得有人在為你禱告。
Someone is praying for you Someone is praying for you and when it seems you’re all alone And your heart will break in two Remember someone is praying for you
你的服事不是你一個人孤孤單單的服事，而是有一大群的弟兄姐妹以為你禱告與你一同服事。
你的服事不是你一個人孤孤單單的服事，有時候當你陷入困境時，仍然不是你ㄧ個人在默默承擔，聖靈在上帝面前用說不出的嘆息為你/妳禱告，所以你不用躲在角落默默哭泣。
羅8:26 況且，我們的軟弱有聖靈幫助；我們本不曉得當怎樣禱告，只是聖靈親自用說不出來的歎息替我們禱告。
Romans 8:26 Also, the Spirit helps us. We are very weak, but the Spirit helps us with our weakness. We don’t know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit himself speaks to God for us. He begs God for us, speaking to him with feelings too deep for words.
按照聖經的教導：執事與團契負責人的工作不大不小，介於三位ㄧ體的神和眾信徒之間，因為：
1）執事和團契負責人的工作是，一種橋樑的工作。
2）執事和團契負責人的工作是，使人和睦的工作。
3）執事和團契負責人的工作是，使人相愛的工作。
4）執事和團契負責人的工作是，榮神益人的工作。
有一件事，好的屬靈領袖要時時刻刻記在心中，那就是，主常常顧念著你/妳。主因為愛你、選召你，祂放不下你，祂捨不得你ㄧ個人孤單難過，祂瞭解你能忍受多少，所以祂將告訴別人為你禱告。
6)好的屬靈領袖是主的好門徒
A good spiritual leader is a disciple.
好的執事與團契負責人應該凡事叫基督的平安在心裡做主。
西3:15 又要叫基督的平安在你們心裏作主；你們也為此蒙召，歸為一體；且要存感謝的心。…17 無論做甚麼，或說話或行事，都要奉主耶穌的名，藉著他感謝父上帝。
Colossians 3:15-17 Let the peace that Christ gives control your thinking. It is for peace that you were chosen to be together in one body. And always be thankful. …Everything you say and everything you do should be done for Jesus your Lord. And in all you do, give thanks to God the Father through Jesus.
當人自大的時候，看不見神，當人謙卑自覺渺小的時候神就出現了。英國作家儒斯金(Ruskin)說：「認識上帝的人必會謙卑，認識自己的人，不會驕傲」。
門徒乃是以信心與順服回應主耶穌恩召的人。成為門徒的一生過程，乃是願意不斷捨己，並讓耶穌基督活在我們生命中。
7)好的屬靈領袖有正常的靈修生活
A good spiritual leader keeps regular devotional time.
提後3:15 ….這聖經能使你因信基督耶穌，有得救的智慧。16 聖經都是上帝所默示的，…都是有益的。
2 Timothy 3:15….These Scriptures are able to make you wise. And that wisdom leads to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by God. And all Scripture is useful….
服事必定要以「靈修禱告」作為根基。因為當我們工作時，只是「人」在工作，但當你我開始靈修禱告，就是邀請聖靈在其中動工。
為了更好完成「看得見」的事工，你必須有一個「看不見」的靈修生活。
就像耶穌到「曠野」去見祂的天父（可1:35），門徒也應該每天從忙碌的生活中抽離出來，有一段安靜時刻，單獨與主、我們的救主個別約會。這就是讀經及靈修的生活。
8)好的屬靈領袖信守承諾
A good spiritual leader keeps commitments.
神是信實的神，祂要我們要成為「信實」的人，即便你做出的承諾再微小，即便你說出的話再不經過大腦思考，也要以最大的力量完成。從小事上忠心做起。
路16:10 人在最小的事上忠心，在大事上也忠心；在最小的事上不義，在大事上也不義。
Luke 16:10 Whoever can be trusted with small things can also be trusted with big things. Whoever is dishonest in little things will be dishonest in big things too.
教會並不完美，但上帝仍然使用和恢復我們這些有各樣問題的人，成就國度的豐盛應許！
9)好的屬靈領袖放對生命的優先順序
A good spiritual leader rightly orders life’s priorities.
神給每個人三種選擇，不同的選擇帶出不同的結果。
A. 為世界活—虛空一場
Live for the world, useless!
詩90:8 你將我們的罪孽擺在你面前，將我們的隱惡擺在你面光之中。9 我們經過的日子都在你震怒之下；我們度盡的年歲好像一聲歎息。
Psalm 90:8-9 You know about all our sins. You see every one of our secret sins. Your anger can end our life. Our lives fade away like a whisper.
B. 為自己活—勞苦愁煩一場
Live for yourself, toil and sorrow always.
詩90:10 我們一生的年日是七十歲，若是強壯可到八十歲；但其中所矜誇的不過是勞苦愁煩，轉眼成空，我們便如飛而去。
Psalm 90:10We live about 70 years or, if we are strong, 80 years. But most of them are filled with hard work and pain. Then, suddenly, the years are gone, and we fly away.
C. 為基督活—榮耀冠冕一頂
Live for Christ, gain a crown of righteousness.
詩90:16 願你的作為向你僕人顯現；願你的榮耀向他們子孫顯明。17 願主－我們上帝的榮美歸於我們身上。願你堅立我們手所做的工；我們手所做的工，願你堅立。
Psalm 90:16-17 Let your servants see the wonderful things you can do for them. And let their children see your glory. Lord, our God, be kind to us. Make everything we do successful. Yes, make it all successful.
使徒保羅選擇為基督活，他留下美好的見證。
提後4:7 那美好的仗我已經打過了，當跑的路我已經跑盡了，所信的道我已經守住了。8 從此以後，有公義的冠冕為我存留，就是按著公義審判的主到了那日要賜給我的；不但賜給我，也賜給凡愛慕他顯現的人。
2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight. I have finished the race. I have served the Lord faithfully. Now, a prize is waiting for me—the crown that will show I am right with God. The Lord, the judge who judges rightly, will give it to me on that Day. Yes, he will give it to me and to everyone else who is eagerly looking forward to his coming.
10)好的屬靈領袖以愛回應上帝的呼召
A good spiritual leader answers God’s calling with love.
就算你以上九項都具備了，都做了，卻沒有愛，你的事奉仍然沒有果效。
林前13:1我若能說萬人的方言，並天使的話語，卻沒有愛，我就成了鳴的鑼，響的鈸一般。2 我若有先知講道 之能，也明白各樣的奧祕，各樣的知識，而且有全備的信，叫我能夠移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。3 我若將所有的賙濟 窮人，又捨己身叫人焚燒，卻沒有愛，仍然與我無益。
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 I may speak in different languages, whether human or even of angels. But if I don’t have love, I am only a noisy bell or a ringing cymbal. I may have the gift of prophecy, I may understand all secrets and know everything there is to know, and I may have faith so great that I can move mountains. But even with all this, if I don’t have love, I am nothing. I may give away everything I have to help others, and I may even give my body as an offering to be burned. But I gain nothing by doing all this if I don’t have love.
這是講恩賜、才幹，強調愛的重要性。

加3:3 你們既靠聖靈入門，如今還靠肉身成全嗎？你們是這樣無知嗎？
Galatians 3:3 You began your life in Christ with the Spirit. Now do you try to complete it by your own power? That is foolish.
加5:16 我說，你們當順著聖靈而行，就不放縱肉體的情慾了。
Galatians 5:16 So I tell you, live the way the Spirit leads you. Then you will not do the evil things your sinful self wants.
加5:25 我們若是靠聖靈得生，就當靠聖靈行事。
Galatians 5:25 We get our new life from the Spirit, so we should follow the Spirit.
