『耶穌，幫助我』“Jesus, Help Me!”

In every need let me come to Thee with humble trust, saying,

Jesus, help me!

In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations,

Jesus, help me!

In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials,

Jesus, help me!

In the failure of my plans and hopes; in disappointments, troubles and sorrows,

Jesus, help me!

When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good come from my efforts,

Jesus, help me!

When others fail me, and Thy grace alone can assist me,

Jesus, help me!

When I throw myself on Thy tender love as Father and Savior,

Jesus, help me!

When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me,

Jesus, help me!

When sickness and loneliness overcome me,

Jesus, help me!

Always, in weakness, falls and shortcomings of every kind,

Jesus, help me and never forsake me.

在每件事裡，讓我謙卑的來到祢面前，說：

耶穌 幫助我。

在所有疑慮，混亂和誘惑時，

耶穌 幫助我。

在孤單、厭倦和試探時，

耶穌 幫助我。

在我的計劃，希望變成失望，煩惱和憂傷時，

耶穌 幫助我。

當我的心靈因失敗，努力落空時，

耶穌 幫助我。

當別人離棄我，只有祢的恩典能幫助我時，

耶穌 幫助我。

當我把自己投入祢－－我的父－－救世主的懷抱時，

耶穌 幫助我。

當我沒耐心、十字架重擔激怒我時，

耶穌 幫助我。

當疾病、孤單壓倒我時，

耶穌 幫助我。

時時常常，在軟弱、跌倒，缺陷每件事上，都說

耶穌 幫助我。不要捨棄我。
