Thank you, Lord, that I can see….

So many people are blind.

Thank you, Lord, that I can hear….

So many people are deaf.

Thank you that I have arms and legs…

So many people are crippled and lame.

Thank you that I can run and play…..

So many people are sick.

Thank you that I had enough to eat today…..

So many thousands starve.

Thank you that I had a bed to sleep in and roof over my head…..

So many have nothing.

Thank you that the door of our church is open….

So many are nailed and barred.

For all these things, and for all Your other blessings,

Never let me forget to say, “Thank you!”

And if it should be Your will that I should lose some of them….

Or most of them….or all of them…..

Give the grace to say “Your will be done!”

And never let me forget that anyone blind and deaf….

Anyone crippled and lame….anyone cold and hungry….

anyone needing a home…

Is not just anyone ….but is really You in disguise. Amen

主啊，我感謝您，我能看見….

那麼多的人，是盲人。

主啊，我感謝您，我能聽見…..

那麼多的人，是聾子。

主啊，我感謝您，我有手有腳…..

那麼多的人，是跛腳、殘廢。

主啊，我感謝您，我能跑、能玩…..

那麼多的人，生病。

主啊，我感謝您，今天我有足夠的東西吃…..

上千的人在挨餓。

主啊，我感謝您，我有個床睡，有屋頂遮蓋我的頭…..

那麼多的人，一無所有。

主啊，我感謝您，我們教會的門是敞開著的…..

那麼多教會的門，是被釘牢、封閉，禁止進入。

這一切和所有您的祝福，

永不讓我忘記，向您說：「謝謝！」

還有如果是您的旨意，有些部份我必需要喪失；

大部份….甚至全部都喪失了，

我仍然感恩地向您說：「您的旨意達成！」

也永不讓我忘記，

任何一位瞎子、聾子、跛腳、殘廢….

任何一位受冷、受挨餓….無家可歸的人….

並不只是任何一位….而是您隱藏在他們的化身，阿們！
