ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Perhaps you prayed a sincere prayer, or came to pay a call;

Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say;

Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day;

Perhaps you rendered a service unseen, near at home or from afar;

Whatever was the kindly part, we thank you from our heart.

A Brief Biography of Chilton Kao

Chilton Kao was born February 19, 1964, in Taipei, Taiwan. He immigrated to the United States of America on February 24, 1977. Chilton passed away in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 17, 2004. His mother and two brothers survive him.

Chilton is a happy and cheerful person. Chilton likes to fish near Santa Monica Pier. He has many gold fish in his room. He feeds them and cares for them. He enjoys looking at the fish swimming back and forth in the tank. He befriends many homeless people in Santa Monica. He is helpful and generous to his friends and neighbors. Many of his friends from Step Up and Taiwanese Presbyterian church in Santa Monica will surely missed him.

If one’s wealth is measured by the number of his friends who care for him, fish included, surely we can call him a wealthy man.
